One of the best exercises to do, while getting your toes wet with Intuitive Eating, is doing a deep clean of your social media. The content you see on your social media is more influential than you think. Following more diverse, body positive, anti-diet, intuitive eating Instagram accounts can really make a difference in how you feel about your own body and self. Also, following more individuals on social media who eat ALL foods, while not shaming others, is an important aspect to look out for in who you follow. In addition, I would highly suggest muting or unfollowing any one on Instagram who feels triggering or makes you feel badly about your body or food choices.
